This Is Our Story

The Harbour Foundation started as the dream of Boyce and Joyce Harbour in 1999. Their hearts' desire was to help those who could not help themselves. Through the years, the Lord allowed them to support a childhood friend of Joyce and provide her with financial support and quality of life during an illness.

They also felt the Lord stir their hearts toward the fight against human trafficking and in 2019 started the Justice Shoot to financially support this cause and raise awareness for it. To date, the Justice Shoot has raised over $150,000 and it is just getting started.

While Boyce and Joyce are no longer at the helm of The Harbour Foundation, their vision and commitment to the organization remains as strong as ever, and they've entrusted the Foundation to the next generation to continue their legacy of generosity and hand-on involvement.
